An engaging die-cut board book that introduces little ones to the concept of moonlight and nighttime
God Made the Moon is a celebration of God's gift of nighttime to the world. Beginning with the first sleepy yawn and ending with a bedtime prayer, this book reminds little ones that God's love shines on us just as the moon shines on the earth. With its lyrical rhythm, sweet illustrations, and novelty die-cut feature, the book will be a welcome addition to any child's bedtime rituals.
My take on this book:
God Made The Moon is a wonderful way to share with your youngster why God made the moon and the reminder that it provides each night. Filled with delightful illustrations the colorful pages will certainly capture the imagination while the words will certainly capture their minds and may even provide a few chuckles as the character of the story goes through the same nightly ritual that they themselves may preform as they ready for bed. Most of all though this book shares the love of God. I could easily see this book becoming a nighttime ritual, and easily a favorite book that youngsters will want to read again and again. There is a bit of rhyming prose with easy to read words that will easily have youngsters wanting to read along with mom or dad. What a delightful way to prepare your youngster for their nightly ritual while also teaching them that God's love is always shining down on them.

An engaging die-cut board book that introduces little ones to the concept of sunlight and daytime
God Made the Sun is a celebration of God's gift of daytime to the world. Beginning with the first rays of sunlight and moving through the day, this book reminds little ones that God's love shines on us just as the sun shines on the earth. With its lyrical rhythm, sweet illustrations, and novelty die-cut feature, the book will serve as a welcome reminder of God's presence in our lives.
My take on this book:
A beautifully illustrated book where the illustrations allow the book to come to life. The bright colors really pop from the pages but it's the wonderful message of God's love that really makes this book the perfect read for youngsters. This book is a sturdy board book with rounded edges which is something that I always like to see. The pages are shiny and sturdy enough for repeated use and the words are easy enough that youngsters just might start recognizing the words and even read along. The positive message of God's love is wonderful. I can imagine that this book would become a favorite.
