Thirty-two year old Savannah Jordan has just broken up with her boyfriend Travis and decides to get away for a bit. She takes her cat Ragsdale and goes to stay with her aunt Margaret who has recently broken her foot. Margaret is very active in a local cat rescue alliance and works closely with the neighborhood vet, Michael. When neighborhood cats start coming up missing Margaret and Savannah decide to figure out who is behind the catnapping caper. As they get closer to the truth  the kidnapper takes it to another level when he decides to do away with Savannah and Margaret, can they solve the mystery before it's too late?

"Catnapped" is a revved up version of a cozy mystery! The author gives the reader a light easy mystery to solve that revolves around interesting characters, but the wrapping up of the mystery really added a punch that was suspenseful and had me wondering how or if Savannah might be saved!  The characters of this story were so easy to like, Savannah is a veterinarian who has been working as a vet tech. She has just come off of a relationship and is second guessing herself a bit, so when she starts to have feelings for Michael the local vet she isn't sure about those feelings.Along with the romance that develops between Savannah and Michael we also have a romantic relationship going on between Margaret and her next door neighbor Max. Along with romance we have the mystery of the missing cats, along with this mystery was the question of Margaret's injury as it is revealed how she was hurt, one can't help but wonder if it was an accident or intentionally done by someone! Cat lovers are going to be in heaven with this story. The beautiful descriptions of cats, not to mention Rags, who will "steal" anything he can get his paws on! Enjoyable characters and a fast paced plot makes this a nice read, and the author provides an ending that leaves this reader hopeful for another book in the Klepto Cat Mystery Series!
