About the author:
Courtney Pierce is a fiction writer living in Milwaukie, Oregon. STITCHES and BRUSHES emerged from her own magical history, which encompassed a twenty-year career as a sales and marketing executive in the Broadway entertainment industry. She was transformed by the magic of fiction from a theater seat as she watched audiences react to the amazing stories unfolding on the stage. On the other side of her transition from corporate life, she has had the wonderful support of The Northwest Independent Writers Association, The Attic Institute, Willamette Writers, Pacific Northwest Writers Association, and Indigo Publishing in the development of her career as a novelist.
