Q: What would you do over if you were to start your blog again from scratch?
Hmmm, there is a couple of things I would probably do differently. The first one is I really wish I would have created my blog on Wordpress, but alas I chose blogger. Second, I really wish I would have been more organized in the beginning, oh well I am finally on track, although I do wish I could somehow organize my e-reader!
The question for the Book Blogger Hop is:
Who is your go-to author when you are in a reading rut?
Actually there are several, it just depends on which genre I want to read at the time. If it's horror, I can always count on a Doug Clegg book but if it's a christian theme I am wanting I gravitate towards Susanne Woods Fisher, or Cindy Woodsmall. If I want romance it's a Debbie Macomber that will lift me out of the doldrums.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you on Wordpress... My blog is from blogspot, and while I do love it, I think Wordpress is often more aesthetically pleasing. Wordpress is also super easy to use... alas, what can a girl do?
Take care and happy reading,
Ms. C

I actually have a blog on wordpress and i must say blogger is easy to use and the fact that you can customize html on blogger is nicer because you have to pay on wordpress lol..cool answer though.

My Blog
Several people have chosen Debbie Macomber. Can you believe I've never read anything by her? I think I need to. Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteHappy Hopping!
I started on WP but found that there was to many formatting problems and glitches so I moved to Blogger. Which is better for me peronally. New follower via GFC : )
ReplyDeleteHere is my FF
Everyone keeps commenting about Word Press and its advantages. I think they both work well, but Word Press is more for the HTML literate, or at least that's my perception.
ReplyDeleteI knew so little when I started my blog that it is amazing it began at all, slowly picking up things as I go, I love to check out other blogs and see what is happening in their little corner of the world.
ReplyDeleteI am hopping along and I have been a follower for sometime-like your blog. No reading rut for me, I love to read...

I also wasn't very organized in the beginning. I wish I planned it out better and put more thought into everything. New Follower.

I've gone back and forth with wishing I was on wordpress. I've decided blogger is better. I like having control over the html.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog this week! New follower via GFC.
Thanks for following! Following back via twitter!(: I have heard a bunch of people saying the opposites! How they had blogger and wanted wordpress..etc.
ReplyDeleteI'll stick with blogger since I heard wordpress was for people who were good with html or something.
for me is that I would make sure my book is label correctly according to genre but atlast...am to lazy.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of the authors you mentioned...going to check them out.
ReplyDeleteAlso going to enter your contest. :)
