My take on this book:
My Little Life of Jesus is the story of Jesus told in a simplistic way geared toward youngsters three to five years old. There are six little chapters that cover the first Christmas to the First Easter to the resurrection of Jesus and the promise that he will one day return. I love this sturdy little padded hardback book, although I do wish that the corners were a bit more rounded so they weren't as sharp. The presentation page is so so pretty and very eye catching. The illustrations are very well done and pair up wonderfully with the stories told. They are so bright and colorful and will certainly capture the eye of the reader. I love that the scriptures that the stories come from are provides so that adults can read the actual scriptures if they are so inclined. Short easy to read sentences will allow new readers to read along. My Little Life of Jesus would make a wonderful gift, and this little book would be a great addition to home school or Sunday school curriculum. I can just imagine this book becoming a favorite as youngsters learn about Jesus.
