There are 65.7 million caregivers in America, making up 29 percent of the U.S. adult population. Where does the caregiver turn when dealing with their own need for encouragement and renewal?

My take on this book:
Sometimes the caregiver needs care and encouragement and Hope For The Caregiver provides plenty of useful tips, but more than that it's like a user's manual on how the caregiver needs to take care of themselves as well. Whether your vocation is that of a caregiver or perhaps you're taking care of a family member this book is for you. It's a valuable gem written by someone who has walked in the shoes of a caregiver, as a caregiver for twenty five years to his wife Gracie. A book that reminds the caregiver that they need to find time for themselves.  An easy to read book that I actually read in one sitting, but one that I will revisit often for the words of wisdom within. This book would make a great gift for anyone who finds themselves in the caregiving role, but honestly it's a book for everyone, because one never knows when they might find themselves in the role of caregiver!

A complimentary copy of this book was provided for review.
