My take on this book:
To live younger longer, well who wouldn't want to do that? Well with Prescription for Life Dr. Furman provides easy to use information that can allow you to do just that. Written in an easy to read manner this little book is chock full of useful information for anyone looking to get and stay healthy! Not just another diet book, instead The Prescription for Life plan shares information in order to understand about the aging process. Filled with useful information on how to lose weight and keep it off, and what foods to eat and what ones to avoid,to exercise and why it is important. Whether you are looking to add years to your life or add life to your years this book will motivate you into doing that.
