With a pop-up scene on every page, children will cherish this selection of favorite stories from the Old and New Testaments. From the moment Baby Moses is found floating in a basket among the bulrushes to Jesus' stilling of the storm, children will be captivated by Daniel Howarth's remarkable illustrations as each story pops off the page.

My take on this book:
What a wonderful way to introduce your youngsters to the word of the Bible. Beautifully done illustrations, and bright colors and the pop up feature will make this your youngsters favorite book.

There are five popular Bible stories in this book. Each story spans two pages and consists of about a paragraph along with an eye catching pop up. The stories included are:
Jesus Calms The Storm, Daniel and the Lion's Den, Moses, The Shepherd and the Lost Sheep, and a little girl being brought back to life by Jesus. The thing that really stands out for me was the fact that the author also includes the scripture verse at the end of each story which steers you to the particular story in the Bible.

Overall a very sturdy book that would make a wonderful gift for your little one, a great addition to your child's library.
